How do I create a clip?

Create a clip if you have a song, poem, blessing, prayer, meditation, reading, art piece, or something else that you'd like to share.

To create a clip, simply select it from the dropdown and begin adding text, images, and more. Select either the text, image, audio, or video option and input the media and/or text. If the clip content is not original, we encourage you to use the clip source field to indicate where you originally accessed the content. Don’t forget to add relevant tags to help your clip appear more prominently in search results.

Image clips:

You can upload multiple images if you’d like. When uploading an image, you can choose either a PNG, GIF, or JPEG, and your file size must be 10 MB or less. Be sure that you own the rights to any photos that you upload. 

Please note: If your clip features someone else’s creative work, such as their original writings or music, be sure that you have permission to upload their work, and include a link to the original source in the “clip source” field.

After you’ve saved your clip, you’ll be brought back to the “My clips” section of your dashboard. From here, you’ll be able to preview your clip or add it to a book.
